A Montréal-based project manager with a track record in coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives, and driving projects from strategy through execution across private, institutional, and startup environments

Finishing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Université de Sherbrooke with a concentration in Finance and Business Technology Management, I operate at the intersection of project delivery, digital operations, and stakeholder alignment. My work spans end-to-end project coordination, resource planning, and performance tracking for clients and teams across technology, gaming, social economy, and international markets
My approach combines structured planning with adaptive execution: I think about deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder needs before I think about tools. Whether managing a product launch timeline, coordinating deliverables across distributed teams, or aligning internal and external partners around shared milestones, I focus on what keeps projects moving, on scope, and on time

I've spent the last several years building one consistent skill set through different contexts: knowing how to break complex work into clear plans, coordinate the right people at the right time, and deliver results that meet both the brief and the deadline. That's what project management actually is.
Most people rush to action because it feels productive. But the real leverage is in those quiet hours before anything begins, when mapping the terrain, questioning assumptions, searching for the angle nobody else considered.
That's where great work is born.
What I've learned is that most project failures are actually alignment failures. Teams don't struggle to do the work. They struggle to agree on what success looks like, who owns what, and what the real priorities are. I help organizations answer those three questions before anything gets built.
II'm drawn to environments where the work is genuinely complex: research institutions, technology organizations, social economy structures. Places where scope is hard to define because the subject matter is dense, the stakeholders are diverse, and the margin for error is real.
French is my second language and also the language in which I do my work. Most of my professional writing, consulting, and client communication has been conducted in French, English or Swahili, where I operate with the highest level of nuance and expression.
I want to build, to solve, to create, with people who bring the same rigor and care to their work.
Vers Demain is a nearly century-old organization promoting a social economy rooted in social credit principles. Facing an aging membership base and declining digital engagement, the organization needed a structured initiative to modernize its outreach and reconnect with younger audiences. The project required coordinating an internal audit, stakeholder interviews, and a phased delivery of strategic recommendations.
Led a full internal communications audit, coordinating data gathering across the organization's existing channels, then managed the design and delivery of a targeted digital strategy for Generation Z audiences. Deliverables included a strategic report with digital engagement pathways, platform-specific recommendations, and a phased implementation roadmap with prioritized action items
Scion Myra is where I built and stress-tested my project management practice. Founded in Montreal, the studio operated as a full-service advisory operation, managing distinct client accounts, content pipelines, and delivery schedules for engagements across tech, gaming, and social economy sectors.
End-to-end project management for multiple concurrent client accounts: scope definition, editorial calendar planning, milestone tracking, vendor coordination, and executive-level reporting. The studio also served as a proving ground for CRM-driven client workflows, freelancer coordination, and repeatable delivery processes
Playver is a sports tech startup connecting athletes to pickup games, playing partners, and available venues in real time. The project challenge was coordinating a full pre-launch initiative, building community traction before the product existed, while managing a distributed creative team under tight timelines.
Managed the full pre-launch project lifecycle: defined deliverables, built the production schedule, coordinated a creative team across photography, video, and digital content, and oversaw delivery of all assets against the platform's growth milestones. Every workstream was scoped, assigned, tracked, and delivered to meet launch-phase objectives.
GaminTribe is an online gaming platform built to bring players together around shared experiences. The company needed a complete brand identity system delivered on schedule and aligned to their platform launch timeline.
Managed the end-to-end delivery of GaminTribe's brand identity project: coordinated the design team, defined milestones for visual language, logo, tone of voice, and cross-platform guidelines, and ensured final deliverables met the client's quality standards and launch deadline.
Lono Inc. is a Tanzania-based startup studio operating at the intersection of technology and entrepreneurship within East Africa's rapidly expanding digital economy. The engagement required navigating a market context defined by mobile-first infrastructure, emerging ecosystems, and cross-timezone coordination with on-the-ground stakeholders.
Led the strategic advisory engagement: scoped the project, managed the delivery of a positioning report and digital recommendations, and coordinated research inputs adapted to the East African tech ecosystem. Deliverables were structured around clear milestones and aligned to the studio's growth roadmap.
Lono Gaming Hub is the brand activation and events division of Lono Inc., focused on creating experiential activations and forging B2B partnerships with emerging companies across East Africa. Managing this mandate required coordinating a cross-functional team across multiple time zones and communication environments.
Team management for brand activation event planning and execution, alongside simultaneous identification, negotiation, and closing of commercial partnership agreements. The role required integrating project management tools with real-time stakeholder communication to keep all parties aligned.
This project involved designing and implementing a custom automation workflow connecting directly to the Notion API, transforming the platform into a structured, searchable content database with rich metadata. The objective was to eliminate manual input while maintaining editorial quality and data integrity.
The script programmatically creates database entries, attaches metadata and cover images, and enables in-platform reviews without manual intervention. Demonstrates API integration, data modeling, and automation pipeline design applied to a content management use case.
This academic project simulated a real-world international expansion mandate, tasking the team with identifying the most strategically viable market for the brand's next entry. A key deliverable was translating dense analytical findings into accessible, executive-ready communications supported by data visualization.
Economic, competitive, and regulatory analysis across multiple candidate markets, culminating in a 30-page report with a fully justified market recommendation. Power BI dashboards were designed to make complex data legible to a non-specialist audience, demonstrating applied data visualization and communication skills.
Projet Northwind is a business intelligence exercise built on a simulated operations dataset, designed to test end-to-end BI capabilities from raw data interpretation through to executive-ready dashboard delivery. The challenge was making operational complexity legible to decision-makers with limited technical context.
KPI selection, interactive Power BI dashboard design for operational decision-making, and a full project report with documented indicator rationale. The final output prioritized communication clarity: every visual element was justified against a defined audience need and decision objective.
